What services do you provide?
We specialize in commercial kitchen hood installations, ductwork, exhaust systems, and ventilation solutions. We also provide walk-in cooler/ freezer installation, gas piping, rooftop exhaust fan installation, and select service and repair work.
Do you only work on new construction projects?
No. We work on new construction, remodels, tenant upfits, existing restaurant upgrades, and hood & fan replacements.
Do you offer hood system replacements?
Yes. If your existing hood system is outdated, non-compliant, or damaged, we can remove and replace it with a code-compliant system that meets current standards. We can also work with you to bring your system up to code.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
We sure do! We pull our own mechanical permit and work with general contractors and project managers for this process. Once a job is ready for inspection, we handle all scheduling for the inspections that are pertinent to the hood ventilation system.
What types of businesses do you work with?
We serve restaurants (fast casual to full service), food halls, churches, schools, food trucks, gas stations, and hospitality properties. Anything outside the box that may need a ventilation system, we are your people! (examples we have done paint booths, warehouses, train cars, etc.)
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. We offer preventative maintenance agreements to keep your ventilation system running safely and efficiently. Maintenance helps prevent costly downtime, extend equipment life, ensure compliance, and reduce emergency repairs.
How far do you travel?
We primarily serve the South Carolina and North Carolina. Travel outside our core service area may include additional fees.
Can you work directly with property management companies?
Absolutely. We partner with property managers and developers to provide reliable ventilation services for restaurant tenants and commercial properties.
How long does a hood installation take?
Project timelines vary based on project size, roof access, duct routing, and coordination with other trades. Most standard installations are completed within a few days once materials are onsite.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and experienced in commercial construction environments. Documentation is available upon request.

Please be prepared to provide the project location, equipment, gas or electric, new build or upfit, structure of building, photos (if available), and plans (if available). The more information we receive upfront, the faster we can respond.
Do you rent or provide lift access services?
Yes. We have lift equipment available for select commercial projects. Contact us for availability and rates.
